A Wedding is a special occasion, and carefully planned catering is an important component to making that special day memorable. Wherever your wedding is to be held, Design Cuisine and there professional team can provide you with everything you need to make it a great day.

Our expert staff can help you select and secure venues – such as The Hawkes Bay Club & Garden setting, a marquee in a vineyard – or we can cater in the venue of your choice.

Design Cuisine does not offer standard packages – because we know that every wedding is different. We prefer to first meet with the Bride and Groom and their families, to discuss their preferences, and to then prepare a tailored proposal for your consideration.

For your Wedding we can offer you:

 

Alternative menu items are available as well as any special dietary requirements or requests.

We can also arrange any hired ware that you may need, including glassware, trestle tables, linen, etc.  We can also provide bar staff at 25.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours, if required however please note: Waiting staff is included in the price per person for numbers above 40.

Grilled scallops with a palm chilli sauce & crème fraiche, served on a bed of tat soy

Chicken fillet slowly roasted in honey and garlic served on a watercress nest

Asian marinated lamb thinly sliced on top of fresh salad greens with a wasabi dressing

Rack of lamb Tamarind infused on a parsnip & swede whip with a rosemary and red wine jus

Hawke’s Bay beef on a horseradish infused crushed potato topped with an onion and bell pepper confit
